Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what information Places Around The World collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information you give me. When you request a quote or contact me, I collect your name, email, phone number, party size, travel dates and anything you add in your message. When you book, I may also need details such as travelers' legal names, dates of birth, passport information and special requests, which are passed to the suppliers who provide your trip.

Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use it, including pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, your general location, device and browser, and how you found the site (for example, Instagram or a search engine). Clarity may record how you move through pages; what you type into forms is masked.

• To send travel deals and updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• To improve this website and understand which content is helpful

I do not sell your personal information.

Your information is shared only with: the suppliers who provide your travel; Fora Travel, Inc., my host agency, which processes bookings and payments; and service providers that help run this site and my business, such as Google (email, forms and analytics), Microsoft Clarity and my website host, Vercel. Suppliers and Fora handle your information under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if required by law.

I never ask for or store your full credit card number on this site or by email. Payments are processed by the supplier or Fora through their secure systems.

I keep your information for as long as needed to plan and support your trips and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete it.

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by asking me
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you
• Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings

This site is meant for adults planning travel. I do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Details about children traveling with you are collected from their parent or guardian only to book their travel.
